Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy & Agreement

To our Valued Reseller,

To preserve the integrity of the Smart Earth Camelina brand, we have implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for all resellers of Smart Earth Camelina products.

Policy Guidelines

  1. 1Resellers of Smart Earth Camelina may not advertise a price lower than the Minimum Advertised Price for that product.
  2. 2Prices below the MAP cannot be advertised in any medium, including print, internet, radio, television, etc.
  3. 3Temporary sales, discounts, and promotions that effectively lower the retail price of the product below MAP are impossible to enforce, and therefore acceptable (e.g., 10% discount on order totals exceeding $50).
  4. 4A "black out" period in which lower advertised pricing is allowed for a temporary time period is November 22 to December 6, 2024, and November 21 to December 5, 2025.
  5. 5Smart Earth Camelina reserves the right to sell its own products directly to consumers at MAP pricing, consistent with this policy.
  6. 6Smart Earth Camelina reserves the right not to sell to any reseller found to be in violation of this policy.
